Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud-hosted database operated by Google LLC. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Firestore security rules restrict read and write access so that only authorized application functions can interact with your data.
Transactional emails are sent via Resend, a dedicated email delivery service. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering communications you have opted into by joining the waitlist.
While we implement appropriate technical safeguards, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to maintaining industry-standard protections.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to operate the Olfax AI waitlist and, upon app launch, to provide you with service as a registered user.
If you request deletion of your data before the app launches, we will remove your information from our systems within 30 days of receiving your request, except where retention is required by law.

Olfax AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
